Is this legal?
Yes. We’re not an estate agent and we don’t rent out property — we’re an extra pair of eyes you hire to view a flat. It’s a consulting service, nothing more.
Won’t the estate agent get suspicious?
No. You’ve two easy options: add your scout’s name as a trusted friend coming along to a viewing you’ve booked, or let us contact the agent or landlord directly and arrange the slot for you. Either way it looks completely natural — your scout attends as your representative, films the flat and asks questions for you.
Who are the scouts?
Vetted locals — mostly students and young professionals who know their London neighbourhoods. Every scout follows the same checklist and submits a sample video before they’re approved.
How fast will I get my report?
Most reports land within 24 hours of the viewing slot. In peak season (August–September) we prioritise time-sensitive bookings.
What if the video is poor quality?
Every scout works from a fixed checklist — water pressure, cupboards, the view, street noise. If a report misses the checklist, you get your money back.
Do you only cover London? What about other cities?
London is where most of our scouts are, but we’re happy to look at viewings in other UK cities — Oxford, Cambridge, Manchester and more. Send us the listing and we’ll tell you straight away whether we have a scout nearby or can find one for you.
